I have known various times in my life when I felt stuck in the doldrums. I intellectually acknowledged how important purpose was, but there have been times when I simply didn’t feel it, sense it, or experience it. I gather you can relate.
During those uncomfortable periods, as I weathered through, something eventually dawned. Purpose wasn’t an elusive goal out in the distance to force or manufacture; it was something inherent waiting to be uncovered from the inside out.
Through that unfolding, I have found a much deeper sense of purpose: serving as a facilitator of conscious health for others as I actively walk and live that experience myself.
