Conscious Health Tip # 1—Making the most of taking your supplements.
At times, I find myself just gulping down my supplements. Maybe you have too.
I’ve come across a book, Tiny Habits by BJ Fogg, —
and have found it helpful in developing constructive attitudes and habits.
During the act of a health activity, such as taking supplements, affirm the experience of it by claiming to yourself that …
“This is Good for Me” or “this habit helps keep me healthy.”
You are charging them with your intention and reinforcing the habit of taking them.
When I do this as I am taking my supplements, I find it does make a difference.
I encourage you to explore and discover for yourself.
