Last week, I was part of a leadership team at a conference called “Awakening Conscious Leadership.” Here, we discussed how the world is evolving faster than we can adapt, causing a rise in stress-related illnesses and disturbances.

When we’re stressed or challenged and we just don’t know what to do it’s in these moments that we need to resource ourselves – to consciously pause, breathe, and gain perspective.

Resourcing ourselves isn’t just about dealing with immediate stressors. It’s about building resilience through daily practices. I personally use BrainTap and HeartMath to help balance my body, mind, and heart.

There’s no one-size-fits-all solution. What works for me might not work for you. So, I encourage you to find your own unique ways to resource yourself.

If you’re interested in learning more about HeartMath, BrainTap, or other resourcing practices, feel free to reach out. Together, let’s build a healthier, more resilient world.

For Our Greater Health,
Dr. Steve
